Great course again with useful information

Very good session and very thought provoking

Paul was an excellent facilitator with an ability to create fantastic and insightful conversations.

Great food, lovely staff around. Paul was brilliant in role modelling coaching to us. Feel that everyone in my organisation should go on the course, line manager or not.

Course was great. Had a good level of practical and theory. Great to have the space to hear others opinion and experiences and compare it to my own. That sense of familiarity and not alone with my issues.

Paul was an excellent facilitator for this training. There was a good balance of theory and real life applications for the training. Having an opportunity to role play certain aspects like being a coach, helped me understand the importance of asking questions to get someone to solve their own problem. It caused me to look inwardly at my own way of managing and accept the weaker parts of myself. Now I can work on those in both my personal and professional life. The 3pm ice cream was a beautiful unexpected treat as well.
