A great start. Really nice to have the space to reflect and learn. Wish we were doing it in person! It's a long day on Zoom.

The trainer was brilliant and kept things moving but gave everyone a good chance to contribute.

I really enjoyed the course! Nicky was great, she really got us all engaged and involved. I think as a new manager, having no management experience, I've been given a good understanding of what is needed to be a good leader

Really liked the pace, no wasted time. Stephen was really engaging, and content was interesting.

Really though provoking and interesting day 2 workshop. Covered a lot in a day and lots of reading materials provided to help absorption and future planning. Really enjoyed guest speaker and general discussions.

Excellent content and great guest speaker in Lisa Gill which provoked excellent discussion and questions from the group

Lovely area and great people! Course was a good pace and worked to what we needed as a team. Kevin was lovely and patient and worked really well with the group.
