Serena is a great trainer. She really knows the system and was able to answer all questions. The pace of her training was perfect. She made us feel very relax. She engaged and supported everyone. She even went beyond and thought us more areas that were not on the list of the training exercise.

If the facilitator could check that the trainees Microsoft spreadsheet mirrors the expanded icons / tools (ribbon) inorder to undertake the action.

I thought it was very involving but relaxed. There wasn't any pressure to answer correctly. I also liked learning about shortcuts for some functions. A really boost to my confidence when it comes to my assessed presentation.
