Rachael was a really good teacher and was very engaging. I feel much more confident moving forward and applying what I have learned when next managing projects. I would definitely recommend this course.

The course was very well structured with plenty of opportunity for group work to consolidate fundamental information that was being conveyed. Rachael was an excellent facilitator and explained key concepts clearly and concisely and offered plenty of relevant examples to transform theory into practical information. Rachael was very engaging and made sure to check in on us throughout group tasks to ensure we were on track.

Edmund was very engaging, patient and good at explaining things. I learnt a lot today.

Really excellent teaching, in depth and happy to provide extra help where needed. The booklet provided is especially helpful. Great venue and food too!

Sal was absolutely fantastic in identifying any knowledge / experience I had and building from there. She ensured that my learning objectives were met and delivered the training in such a way I felt comfortable and able to ask any questions I may have.

I knew the basics around Teams but there is always something new to learn. There was quite a lot to take in and remember and I think having the manual to refer to will help. I really enjoyed today and Gill is an excellent trainer and was able to help answer the questions I had and offer suggestions.

The first two sections were well structured. I would have preferred more hands on examples for the third section as there was a lot to take in and doing rather than watching helps with that. i will attempt to practice what I learnt today, before I forget any of it.

I always feel that Sarah has a great balance of teaching, information, group discussions and break out rooms. It works really nicely with the pace of the day. Great session today and I always leave the group reflecting and thinking so much more about myself as a manager.
