Really interesting and hands-on session. A good balance between instruction and action for those attending, with excellent use of break-out rooms and examples which made it really interactive and kept everyone engaged.

I WASN'T SURE WHAT I WOULD LEARN FROM THE COURSE BUT WANTED TO TRY IT, AND FOUND IT VERY RELEVANT AND ENJOYABLE, WITH LOTS OF NOTES FULL OF IDEAS FOR ME TO TRY OUT AT HOME AND IN WORK.

Paul was very patient and relaxed with the group - he had a really good sense of humour about him too which helped ease the session along. I really appreciate how Paul encouraged everyone to talk and engage in the session, and how it felt more like a chat than someone talking at us about time management. Paul ended the session by being very encouraging, by stating we should experiment and try to change 2/3 things and not everything at once so we had a better chance of success!

I was a little anxious about doing a 6 hour online course, but the structure and content was so useful and interesting that I found myself really enjoying the day.

Found the course really useful - lots of hints and tips and clarification on areas where I was unsure I was doing actions correctly/quickest way.

The training seemed a bit for the senior leadership, but the facilitator did a good job to accommodate my needs.

The course was very helpful and covered all that I wanted to know. Daphne spent time on us as individuals in order to understand and assist with our queries. I was a little apprehensive with covering so much in 1 day, but the time flew by and I didn't feel too overwhelmed.

This was more of a refresher than a starter on SharePoint, but it did remind me of how much of a powerful tool this is.
