A really well structured course - Rachael is clearly very knowledgeable and there was ample opportunity to ask questions. I found the use of breakout rooms useful, it kept the days engaging and informative throughout.

It was lovely to train with Daphne again and we'll definitely be booking level 3 & 4! Daphne's attentive to all in the classroom and really does get everyone to join an and contribute so everyone's needs are met and everyone learns something new.
