Having never had any training on sharepoint, I just picked up things from colleagues. Now with the training provided I feel more confident using it.

The course was really informative for someone who is really new to the organisation, to administration and to using Sharepoint. My personal objective of the course was to gain an oversight into what can be done on Sharepoint, how to share and view files, how to move files from one place to another. Daphne delivered the course so efficiently, kept the pace steady and made sure everyone was included. Engagement is important for online training courses and Daphne ensured we were all up to speed, regularly inviting those with queries to share screens in order to troubleshoot things as a team.

The training was really useful and made us understand how we can be more productive by better managing our tasks/meetings/emails. I also found it really engaging. Racheal divided the training into little sections. She alternated presentations with group activities and was able to make us all participate and share our opinions.

Worked really well to be able to do this course as a small group of colleagues. We could go at our own pace with the trainer and make it relevant to our specific business.

It was a good course, a little rushed and would have liked a little more time to put those things shown into practice during the course in case of any questions.

Very useful and helpful session

I learnt a lot and found it very beneficial. Feel much more confident using Excel and have a better understanding of it's functions. I did find that after lunch I was struggling to focus and I would have preferred it split over two 3 hour sessions instead of one 6 hour session.
