It was a great intro to Liberating Structures with the advantage of trying out the methods in practice in a supportive environment, with the opportunity of learning and sharing with peers.

I'm energised and motivated to try a few new techniques in my work where possible. I'd tried some participatory practices online before but these open up greater participation and generate diverse ideas faster and more safely than seen in other activities online that involve discussion and decision making.
