Very good training but maybe would be better spilt into two as quite long to keep focused looking at screen.

I really enjoyed it and I learned more about coaching.

Good and engaging course, does not solve all your problems, issues and question, but again it is not meant to. Great starting point on a journey to coaching.

It was brilliant to get the team together and comfortable with being vulnerable. Nicky is a great facilitator who can adapt to the teams input and direction of the training.

Nicky was lovely, made it feel like a really safe and inclusive space that was accepting of all thoughts and comments. Thought provoking and eye opening. Would recommend

Ben was effective, such a calm deliverer and was encouraging with everyone's participation.

Have learnt lots of valuable tips and tools in a really relaxed learning environment. Was a really lovely group of people. The course was less intense and a lot more relevant to me than I'd imagined it would be.
