I feel that Nick's delivery of the course was well paced and engaging. He was able to make what could be quite a 'boring' topic interesting and had a good balance of learning and time to reflect.
It was a really useful session with a mix of new information and strategies to help with conversations in the future. I really enjoyed it and feel it will help me a lot.

Great course and really well delivered. My only suggestion would be that the 2 days of the training should be closer together as we had a months gap and that was long enough to forget some of the learnings.
Really good class, tutor was aware of each student's timings, they were attentive and patience. The class was well structure and I didn't feel overwhelmed with loads of information.
