Brilliant! I was lucky enough to have a 1-2-1 session as the other person did not turn up. I asked lots of questions and Gill was so helpful and answered them all!

A lot was covered but always at the learners pace , lots of information but clear and Jill was quick to check that i felt ok and to involve people in the session. Jill also answered questions from the chat quickly

I thought this was a very interesting course, very informative and the trainer really provided clear and concise instructions. Thank you very much
