The course was great and just what I need to start my leadership journey. I have learnt so much that I can take forward.
The course was very informative, and allowed me to reflect on how I manage and interact in my role. It has made me aware of my flaws and strengths, and as highlighted what I need to continue working on as a manager. It has given me a set of tools that I did not have before which I can use daily and which are also transferable from work life into personal.
