It was well taught and paced and really enjoyable overall - I made some interesting self discoveries

I'm finding the psychology really interesting. It's great to try to understand people / myself more. There are lots of practical suggestions as well as opportunities for reflection. I like that we're able to participate in some really frank discussions across the organisation.

Good course

it was a great session and hats off to DJ! Really engaging and great listener. I was just under the impression it was a session focussed on beginners. I found a lot of the content hard to grasp in some senses due to the fact that I did not have the prior knowledge/foundations of minuting.

The start of the session was very learner led where we had to figure out things for our self which helped keep my focus - the end was more a show and copy which I struggled after a day of learning. I did the online course a few years ago and did not find it as good as in person - felt like I really understand how to use the things I've been taught.
