Really great training, everything was simplified and time was given to go over any mistakes. facilitator was really friendly. 1.5 hr sessions withbreaks made it ieasy to digest
I have vastly broadened my knowledge of Excel, now knowing how to produce pivot tables and charts and functions. Ebeji was absolutely fantastic and very patient with us, a great day of training.
This was a very useful course and I gained a lot of useful tools that I can use in having conversations that matter in many different contexts
Paul is a brilliant facilitator and as with all Happy courses, the day allowed for lots of personal reflection and discussion. It was great to have time to practice new ways of thinking/communicating in relation to real situations.
This final day really helped to bring together the content of the previous sessions from team perspective rather than each of us as individual leaders.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic and delivered an engaging and extremely useful training session relevant to our requirements. The course was broken up into easy to digest sections and the method of explaining then allowing us to put into practice worked brilliantly to help retain the knowledge.
