The course was very well structured with plenty of opportunity for group work to consolidate fundamental information that was being conveyed. Rachael was an excellent facilitator and explained key concepts clearly and concisely and offered plenty of relevant examples to transform theory into practical information. Rachael was very engaging and made sure to check in on us throughout group tasks to ensure we were on track.

I really liked the session. Nicky is clearly a knowledgeable trainer and ran the session really well. It helped that there was a co facilitator which meant the break out rooms ran very smoothly.
