This was a great session that is going to be very helpful when I shortly start my new role. Edmund was extremely helpful, described things in an easy to understand manner and worked at a good pace for everyone. Overall, the course was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend Edmund and this course to anyone wanting to learn about email and diary management.
