Serena was absolutely amazing, she was willing to repeat any stages if people were stuck or weren't sure on, she asked every person within the session to get involved and share their screen at different stages to engage, but also was patient with people's different learning speeds. She was friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and a great teacher overall - 10/10!

The trainer was great and good at providing constructive advice. The pace was good and it was engaging. I do find that I've learnt and improved through this course.

Matt from ImpactTrust was just fabulous. Excellent speaker and i found so much relevant in this approach for the private sector as well. For me this topic CSR is completely new. I feel like a learned a lot and that actually we're doing more than I thought in regards to this, but we lack an overarching policy to tie it all together.

It was really good and practical training which I feel I could really use which is often not the case with training courses. However I feel like we need to have a day when we take a current project we are working on and work, with the trainer, to plan it and work through all the processes.
