Great, it has been a mystery to me how basic fucntions work, so I feel able to work with excel now
I think the trainer did a great job at involving everyone in the learning and going at people's pace.
Nice pace, not as scary as i thought to use Excel now .
Brilliant course, I feel so confident now in walking away and saying that I know a little about excel. :)

Great first session with Stephen. He made everyone feel very comfortable in being vulnerable, even though it was emotional and at times difficult to share with the rest of the team He was great at involving everyone and getting us to share openly.

Pat was a great facilitator. Despite the late start to the session, he was professional and efficient with the time and managed to finish close to the original time. He was clear and concise with his messaging to us and had an engaging tone. The structure of the session was good, it started with the basics building up to the more meaty information towards the end. However, it would be great to have more interactive moments throughout the training to try out some of the examples with the data set provided. I would also recommend that the session is split into two days due to the cognitive overload with having a full day training in front of a screen which makes it harder to stay engaged.
