Public sector organisations are under extreme pressure to respond to deep structural / social issues and we need to become more agile and efficient. Courses like these present some truisms (pay attention to staff) but have little impact unless tailored to our environment. I think I made the point on the day but...CONTEXT AWARE CONTENT PLEASE.
A very enjoyable and informative session. Paul has the rare ability to be engaging, humorous and an SME all at the same time whilst delivering the content.

Excellent course that covered all the key points of word report writing. The facilitator also kindly added an additonal mail-merge section of the course, because we requested it.

Rachael was fantastic and had a lot of tips, practical examples and experience to share with us. The day was very motivating and re-focussed the mind on how to improve our work with stakeholders. Rachael was able to answer off-piste questions that were also very helpful, and made the whole day very enjoyable.
Very relaxed and down to earth tutor which made it so much easier to grasp all that was being said
