Jo was a brilliant leader she kept us engaged throughout and made it specific and personal

It was a very good training sessions with a focus on learning by doing which I think works best with such kind of courses. Very clear explanation of all the tools and features.

i could have done with a couple more short breaks, or make the breaks a bit longer than 10 minutes, especially when it is a Friday, as now I have quite a lot to squeeze in before 5pm!

The session was very well structured and the breakout rooms made it much more effective, allowing discussion with other participants. Suzi, the trainer, kept the pace spot on and was very engaging.

I really enjoyed the training thank you and I am looking forward to putting what I've learnt today into practice to hopefully be more assertive and less people pleasing.

Really good, I took loads of notes and will be reporting back to my team what I've learned. Also met some of my colleagues for the first time which was odd but pleasing via a remote training module. Am very Happy indeed. Thank you.

Very informative training session. Working in break out groups worked very well including the Jamboard and overall content of the session was excellent. I will certainly take away ideas and suggestions to implement into my work day.

I was a bit worried about attending an all-day Zoom training session, but Rachael's delivery was excellent and the course was really interactive. I very much enjoyed the day and would recommend this course to others.
