This was a great session that is going to be very helpful when I shortly start my new role. Edmund was extremely helpful, described things in an easy to understand manner and worked at a good pace for everyone. Overall, the course was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend Edmund and this course to anyone wanting to learn about email and diary management.

Great course on outlook. You may think emails are simple, but there really is a lot you can play around with to make things easier for yourself. Would highly recommend
