Excellent session would like further different structures in the future as a follow on session as have used quite a few now.

The training definitely invited attention and was engaging through the day. It had a lot of useful tools that can be great to engage people. The fast pace made it run through really quickly and created some confusion with regards to what had to be done in the groups. There was little time for initial introductions and little time with facilitators. It was definitely engaging, and in a way, the confusion was also something that has sparked up connections and conversation to establish an understanding.

Energetic day. Usually feel tired at the end of study days, but actually feel energetic and ready to reflect on our own practices. Loved the engagement and that everyone got to participate. Good structures to try out.

A refreshing experience, and a way to remind yourself of seemingly ‘basic’ behaviours that are easily ignored. Sometimes the simplest skills are the most difficult to master.
