I enjoyed the session, very informative and thought provoking. A lot of team participation which enabled me to think of the points raised practically.
The training course was very detailed, allowed me as a new starter of only 10 days at the business to get a better understanding of the system and how to access all information I would need to know before taking steps to resolve or deal with issue the tenant may be having or questioning
Was expecting it to be more difficult but found it interactive.
Janet Doran is a great facilitator. The pace in which she relays information is perfect. She is a very calm, passionate lady. One of the best teachers I have had the pleasure of listening to.
It was great to meet everyone in person - a very worthwhile exercise
