Great event. Well structured and Kay was very engaging and knowledgeable.
I found it a really inclusive, accessible to all event. I can sometimes feel a bit "behind" in my experience in using MS tools but I found this really easy to follow and well pitched and pace with time to have a practise and ask questions.
The course provided a positive overview of report writing and common issues encountered, plus how to overcome them.
Great facilitator. Clear, organised and engaging.
When I found out the course was from 10am - 16:30, I was wondering what will there be to talk about for all those hours. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this course.
