Really excellent day - we covered loads. The day was well managed and well paced, do despite the huge amount we covered it wasnt overwhelming
It exceeded my personal objectives today, as was unaware of how much more the system can do! It would have been good to have a little more time to play around with the system whilst being trained, but understand we are all short of time due to workload pressures at the moment.
It was a very informative day. I found the pace good and enjoyed the practical breakout rooms. Very interesting and useful prework.
I enjoyed the discussion about situation delegation, the swimming scenario given to learners to analyse which leadership style they will adapt and discussing the benefits
Very thought provoking session with high levels of engagement through some really great exercises.
Brilliant. I am really enjoying this course and getting a huge amount from it.
Very useful, I have learnt how to use flash fill and will share with my colleagues.
I learnt an enormous amount in a very short space of time
