Found it a really useful course, provided me with a lot of skills and tools to use moving forward in trying to be more assertive in different situations.
Super great training - Natalie was very engaged and kept a calm, steady pace. Checked in a lot and was very caring overall.
I enjoyed having the breakout rooms with various people, as you get to share your thoughts with different people and get a different perspective on things too.
Sal was fantastic, I learnt so much! The whole office was a great space to work in and was really enjoyable. All the touches included including lunch and ice cream were great.
Really thought provoking session and useful tools which I will be using going forward.

I was a little left behind with the technology although Rachael explined it really well and great to see what you can use when you get your head around it
