Good use of demonstration and the trainer was able to share knowledge coherently.

I wasn't really sure what the course was going to be about It may have been geared more to Middle Management and above, but I did obtain some learns which I hope I can share with Managers on site

Great session, very informative.

Good content and some interesting things I hadn't seen before.

The course was very useful in explaining how to best use Outlook for a beginner with no prior experience.

Like hearing how other learners on the course had changed their practices-particularly like the rose & thorn approach at the start of the meeting have already spoken with my manager about pushing for feedback rather than waiting to receive it.

A really good introduction into project management.

There's a lot of information and it was good to have the knowledge to back it up. I need to take things slowly as it takes my brain a longer to process. Many thanks to Sal for her patience and knowledge.

Loved this session, I will be using tools that I learnt today in the future.
