Very good session. Most importantly was that everything was relevant. Sometimes you do IT training and you realise you aren't going to use most of what is being discussed.

Great training - Suzi and Rachael are fab. They make sure they include all, are very approachable and personable. I felt very comfortable listening and participating during the training. I like the idea that you ask - does this need to be a hybrid meeting? Or does this even need to be a meeting at all? I like that level of awareness that promotes better working situations.

Thank you so much. A really helpful engaging session. Lots of food for thought and helpful resources to take away. Helpful for hybrid and fully online meetings.

it was a really good session today, working on behaviour is much needed to be part of the team and today exercise will support me to work on myself

This was really useful training, it helped me to realise that most people have struggled with writing a report and that people are always willing to help out where possible.

The whole two days were relaxed but structured really well. Everyone was involved and engaged

This was an absolutely brilliant course - Paul was so engaging and also very sensitive to people’s anxieties about speaking in public. I feel equipped with numerous tools to use when planning and delivering future work-related presentations.

It was sometimes a little slow, but I appreciate that not everyone in the session is at the same level.

Excellent course! I would highly recommend. The structure, pace and content was delivered brilliantly. Highly effective! I feel more in control of my workload and have a new toolkit of strategies to ensure I am as productive as possible.
