Really good training, thoroughly enjoyed it whilst learning a lot. Hope to feel more confident having such conversations going forward, as I can now better prepare with the tools I have learnt.

I really enjoyed how interactive the session was, and not too daunting of the expectation to do role play every time! Ben is a very knowledgeable facilitator and I liked that he also used examples of his own experiences or self learning when applying the session.

This was a really useful course and gave me some simple strategies to use straight away.

The content of the training has been really useful. The structure allowed for numerous discussions and sharing of ideas with others, which really helped me to put the material into context of my own role. A really interesting session.
