great session, informative and friendly

Thank you for the session. It was a great introduction into resiliency training. I just wish it was longer! With the number of people in the group, it took a length of time to get through each topic. Perhaps a slightly smaller group would have helped increase the pace of the session to include more content. Aside from that, I really enjoyed it and have some positive takeaways.

The course was very informative and I learnt a lot and it has given me the confidence to try out new things that I may be able to use in the future

Lovely trainers very good at teaching at a comfortable pace. i really benefitted from today. we were very well looked after, plenty of breaks plenty tea,coffee and snacks. nice lunch and ice cream in the afternoon! overall a really good day.

Very useful day clarifying portfolio requirements and thinking about recording evidence and KSB's.
