I thought the course was very informative and is a great course to expand your knowledge of Excel. Paul was a great trainer and answered any questions. The one thing I would say though is that a lot of time was used up explaining basic things. For example how to open a document or how to share the screen. This is not a criticism to Paul at all, he was trying his best to help but I think before people sign onto the course, they need to have a basis understanding on Excel and basic computer skills. I think it should be a requirement for Level 1 to be completed before someone can do Level 2. I found this held up the whole session and was quite frustrating at times and wasted a lot of time.
It was a good, well delivered course. It can get a bit confusing at times with all he different resources we have to access and where to find the information in fuse.
Well structured course throughout and thoroughly enjoyable
I am always open to learning and different perspectives when it comes to my personal and professional development - and the human condition! Nicky's style of facilitating, along with her material and actvities were very engaging and helpful for me. I am only two days into my new role with RCR, and this course helped me to think more about what I will bring to the role, and what we do as a team. It also enabled me to meet others in the organisation for the first time.
The two day training was really good, I learnt a lot of formulas and short cuts which I can use in my work. Ed was an amazing and very useful
I have attended quite a few courses with Happy and I think Edmund is one of the best facilitators. The way Ed explains formulas is very clear and constructive and leaves you with no additional questions.
Edmund is such a fantastic trainer, honestly we have done several courses with Happy and of all of them, he pitched the pace and way he demonstrated probably the most clearly of all the trainers. I particularly liked the use of the red arrows and the breakouts !
