Pat was an amazing trainer! Thank you so much it was so informative but at a pace I could keep up with and I loved how every question was answered in detail in a way which meant no question was a bad question.
great session, learnt all i had planned to come out of the session with. Great trainer
Fantastic content, Jo was engaging, Appropriate case studies
would have liked to see a few more coaching styles. but really liked learning a bit about this (scratching the surface) and how to include pre-approvals as a way to give responsibility.
Really informative course. Will take a lot away and feel confident in report writing.
amazing! learnt so much and so many tips I can implement in the future
This was a really well organised session, with a perfect amount of instruction and interaction/opportunities to practice. I've used Google Sheets quite a lot before, but it helped me to expand my knowledge and fluency with using it, while I think it was also perfect for people who had little to no experience of using Google Sheets. The practice activities worked really well and were perfectly pitched. Sal was an excellent instructor - enthusiastic and made sure everyone was able to keep up with the learning. Thanks very much!
DJ was very friendly and it made me feel comfortable with participating in the meeting
