I felt the facilitator Paul seemed really experienced but also personable. He was confident which put me at ease. He included a variety of ways to engage in the meeting (Jamboard, asking us questions, breakout rooms) and I found this really kept my interest. It went really quickly which is a great thing!

Enjoyed it. Having an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a Chair, was helpful on many levels. How I approach giving others agency is very important to me.

Suzi is a great trainer! I liked that the training emphasised good management/ leadership as a 'way of being' and treating people as individuals rather than a 'follow these ten steps and you'll be a great manager' approach...
