The training was excellent and catered for all learning types, having the PowerPoint on screen to watch, being talked through the process and having the printed booklet to keep and refer back to was great, they even provided a copy in large print for a colleague. The facilities were fantastic, I have mobility issues so the location close to the tube station was great, the building was accessible and the hot and cold drinks, snacks and lunch a nice touch and added bonus. I can't fault anything.
A really positive start to the course. I already sense that it will be very helpful and I like the way it is facilitated and organised.
I found the facilitator (Ebe) very helpful and extremely patient which made the course a joy to do.
It was a great interactive session! Helped hear everyone's views learnt some new techniques which I can use too!
