The course is good. It touches several angels of coaching, and is well structured.

Mike was an excellent facilitator. He was very considered to the needs and concerns of our organisation, had an open and inclusive manner, kept a suitably helpful open line of questionning, and enabled us to apply tools directly to our work. Mike has also offered to meet in a follow-up conversation to support and review how we implement the tools from the training. All in all, it was a brilliant session.

The only let down was the network/internet so this led to some confusion but obviously this was beyond your control.
