excellent course

I have enjoyed the day - timings were just right so we had enough time without awkward silences

A good course, which allowed time to reflect during the day which helped cement the learning.

I would prefer an even simpler course as it was too quick for me and I need more practice in between learning new things. Not enough time!

The session was informative and useful, providing tools that could be used in everyday tasks, like RACI, 1:1 tips, objectives creation. Though I'd appreciate more information on team performance standards
