Thoroughly enjoyable session. Made me really think about things I already do but could enhance my practice in. Fantastic engagement which is often difficult online. Can't wait for the next session.

It was a great course and would definitely recommend it to my Team. The Topics are fairly spread across 4 days with apt topics. I have attended a Leadership course, but this one is more structured.
I really enjoyed this course, Selina explained everything in a very manageable way, particularly for someone with little project management experience. I really liked how the break-out rooms had specific tasks and were a concise length, a downfall of many courses is spending too long in breakout rooms I find! It would have been nice to have a copy of the slides in advance, so as to make notes along the way, but perhaps once I see the follow-on info that is being sent there will be no need. Many thanks again.

Very good overview of our project management system
Selina was a great trainer, really engaging, through what was a lot of information! The 'real' examples such as the party plan were so useful in bringing a lot of processes and documents to life, it might be beneficial to use them throughout the morning sessions too.
I have alot that I will be reflecting on from today. Both from a personal point of view but also from a team point of view. It has been useful to gain advice and knowledge from other people who have been in leadership roles for a long time.
