Great course, learnt a lot and lots of actionable things to take away.

There was a lovely, welcoming feeling from the outset and the pace and structure of the interactive elements meant I felt able to share my thoughts and experiences in the room. I've come away with a lot of new knowledge and some really tangible actions for how I engage with both the person I manage and other colleagues. Thank you. The lunch was also great!
