Very useful structure to make us think about leadership

Mike was brilliant, he involved all members in the session and made it very interactive. The session felt very fluid and Mike ensured that our objectives were met through the session and reflected on them at the end. I will definitely be using some of the tools we went through.

todays session was very useful and informative, learnt some new things on how i should be using OD and how to share docs

On of the videos (TED talk one) was too crammed pack with things and was fast and difficult to follow. That said the facilitator did break this down and acknowledged the challenge of the video.

Brilliant engaging class. Love the method used; flipchart and pen! Very different to the usual slides! Mike was engaging and evidently very knowledgable when it comes to PM and helped me understand what it actually is without using fancy words.

Really good to have the workbook to practise as we went along

Daphne explained so much about Teams, I've always been quite in the dark as I was on maternity leave when Teams was introduced. Her delivery style was very relaxed and friendly and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Thank you both to Edmund and Amy who assisted in today's session. they have been excellent.
