Very informative day with lots of handy tips to take away and implement. The workspace has an inviting and friendly atmosphere. An overall great experience.
This was a fantastic course! I loved having a smaller group so we could all get incredibly involved and comfortable with one another. The trainer was very approachable and have incredible useful and practical feedback that we could use in other examples both in the course and beyond
Great sessions and really insightful. Created a great atmosphere and lessons were learnt
Very enjoyable and informative, interesting psychology aspects and more educational tools available
I loved today’s session, I found it such an honest and open space to really unpack the tools that we went through. I enjoyed that they always had tangible steps so that they can be easily incorporated into everyday working.
Great course so far. Lead gets everyone involved. Good pace.
I felt more relaxed today during interactions in break out rooms
