Facilitator had a few technical challenges to resolve for some delegates but did this amazingly well and adapted the session to include all.

EB was absolutely great! They have such a warm and inviting presecene that makes you feel comfortable asking questions, even if you think they are stupid. The course builds really well on the the level 1 and is set at a pace that is easy to follow. I am feeling much more confident about my Excel abilities.
