A great worthwhile training course.I will be assessing my approach and follow the questioning pattern and listen more rather than having the answer in my head before I start the meeting.

Sal is a fantastic Facilitator and made the course enjoyable with her patience and easy going nature and of course was first class in her knowledge

Particularly useful were the sessions on Measures (calculations), Slicers, Power Query.

The course had users of different ability, but the trainer managed to involve all.

The lesson was great overall. I was able to improve my excel understanding.
