Nicky was great! Very insightful training session which has definitely helped me with my listening skills and giving constructive feedback. Also, amazing office and ice cream!

I really enjoyed the PM training - it felt bespoke to MCS & I found hearing from colleagues about their experiences with the PMF really helpful. Rachael was a great facilitator - what worked well was a good blend of use of the chat/breakout rooms etc. & Rachael allowed time for questions/thoughts from everyone in the group.

I really enjoyed this course and it made me feel far more confident to use Excel within my role!

Sal was fantastic - very clear and made sure the course was very interactive, making sure all participants were involved and heard. All had chances for questions and appreciated how we had the chance to explain what each of us wanted from the training!
