The structure and the learning material of the course was so invaluable. Serena is an amazing trainer, she is so patient and ensures that each person understands every step of the learning. She is able to recognise individual learning needs and makes everyone feel valued and able to learn.
I was nervous to join the session as I don't use excel much. The course was interactive, funny, engaging and was great to have our own workbooks to follow and test throughout the session

Great course for chatting to people facing similar problems or even struggling with the opposite. I feel validated in knowing that my time management issues isn't a reflection of my capabilities in my role, but just general frazzling and effective time management
