An intense but well conducted course, fully outlining the basic principles of project management in an accessible, engaging way

I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot about project management

Informative with enough reflective time to absorb the content

Have come away with some helpful tools and in particular found the group discussions helpful, as an opportunity to hear from different perspectives. I struggle with role play so would have liked some alternative activities, and found the moving seats a bit infantilising where this wasn’t done for a specific purpose. I am grateful though for Ben’s enthusiasm and range of knowledge shared. Really helpful overall

Feel like I am not alone with my problems, frustrations but also feel now I have some methods to try to help.

enjoyable day with some good reflective bits of work. made me realise i already do some good things, but this has given me a few more tools to help me be a better leader.

need time to practice - hopefully reflecting back on the notes will help

Really enjoyed today's session. The breakout sessions of doing coaching/coachee/observer were very useful and eye opening.
