Great overview. A little difficult to meet my personal objectives at the moment as i'm not going to be receiving 'real' data to use until mid-June. Serena has kindly offered me the option to reach out to her when i receive the live data so that she can point me in the right direction to get started.

A bit too long but really like the first part.

Lots crammed in - could have had 1 less speaker to allow a bit more room for discussion and breaks. Don't need a copy of the book - I already have one.

Nicky was great as always.

The facilitator covered a lot of information in a short time, without it being too hurried. I felt able to ask questions when I had them.

Christine was a great tutor, super patient with all our (many!) questions and made sure to include all students in the interactive session.

good pace at the right length of time. lots of practical tools and tips.

Very good teacher-I need to go back and do level 1 in order to feel more confident about when you would apply these strategies

Paul (presenter) was friendly and very knowledgeable and involved everyone in the training. He was able to deliver the training so that all understood and could use Visio. Only slight negative was the pace of the training as it possible could have been delivered in a shorter space of time however I acknowledge that with a group that has mixed levels of tech skill this is difficult.

It was a good course! It is quite tricky engaging a group of strangers over a video call and I think the trainer did this well. It was a good balance of being shown things and then getting to go and try it and do it yourself/then having the support to straight away ask questions. Very useful!
