Felt like a whistle-stop tour at times as so much was packed in (we gave the constraint of the time). Both reassuring about where we are at in terms of organisational culture but some helpful challenges about how we can go further, some more challenging than others.

The session was really useful and Racheal was a good facilitator - she was able to provide relevant answers to my questions

I know alot about TA and paraphrasing, silence, reflection, open questions from counseling training so today was not so much suited to my training needs but was nice to see it is used in other types of training away from counselling.
