Very informative well structured session. Easy to follow

I really enjoyed both sessions today I felt like I was able to learn valuable skills with the additional tips and tricks that I can utilise whilst doing my work to make life a little easier.

The course instructor was excellent

This was a lot of fun, and extremely useful. I think I've finally lost my fear of mail merge and doing labels! Styles was a revelation too.

A really engaging tutor who was incredibly patient and allowed us to ask questions without fear of being a nuisance! I found that I understood all that was being taught because it was at a good pace, there was pause for thought and it was well communicated.

It was a long session, but time went so quickly! It was engaging and interesting - I managed to keep focused.

Sal was the best trainer I've ever had. I wish she would conduct all training courses!

I really enjoyed learning with Sal, she was very welcoming, patient and informative. I think Sal's teaching style was very beneficial and inclusive. I would definitely undertake another course with her.

I like the course. lt covers so many topics with quite good learning pace. The skill I learnt definitely benefits me from now and future.

Good course that id recommend to colleagues- personally a bit more information or a bit shorter for what was covered. Pace was a bit slow but that was more to do with the calibre of LBS staff not the trainer!
