Gill was fantastic and covered everything without making it appear basic. She had lots of helpful tips and was really helpful with my colleagues' spreadsheet. I wish I had been on the course earlier in the year so she could've help with our gender pay gap report!

Knowing how to use Excel is a crucial tool to gather a huge amount of data and pass on it to others teams in a informative and presentable way.

Detail oriented

Very good, talked through the tasks and then gave us a practical so we could see how this would work on the system. We we able to produce cases and make changes to enable us to use the system better when we are in a live session.

Very well structured training, not too much to take in during one session with well timed breaks. Daphne was very interactive with all in the training session and was also using everyone's names which I thought was good.

I felt the overall session was very useful and learned different ways of navigating into the system.

Handled session well and especially timings, and changes of attendees at last minute. Very patient.

Interesting, good opportunities to interact and take part, without having to speak too much in front of a whole group. I think we all got a lot of out it and it was also good as a team building day.
