A really valuable session that has given me food for thought around allowing others to be decision makers and knowing that I can't solve everything myself and allowing others to think for themselves via my actions. Serena has been great with going through the steps , very thorough and patient. The 2 day training was helpful in terms of learning more about the program's function and features which I will put in practice in order to generate a professional report for our end users.
