Having behavioural deviations makes you rethink,analyse your unappropriate reactions and addopt simple and easy methods to control such behaviours.

Overall, the course was well paced with the Delegates being at different skill levels.

Very happy with the amount of interaction, which allowed me to talk to people across the company that I wouldn't necessarily talk to and see the differences in management styles.
