The course was fabulous. I have no improvements to suggest.
I didn't know what to expect, and found that I needed to know most of what I learnt
A great course - but HC's courses always are.
Really enjoyable training and looking forward to incorporate some of the knowledge I have gained by putting it into practice.
So useful! Lots to learn, the pdfs I'm sure will be super helpful in recalling all the information.
Facilitator was great - knowledgable, patience, warm, calm and made sure we understood everything and what we learnt was relevant.
Sal is very kind and professional. She showed me that world is not that difficult.
I only have good things to say. The teacher is very professional and motivating.
