Great course with useful tools and learnings shared from other participants.

A really enjoyable day. The course was well paced, with plenty of breaks and lots of time to contribute without there being pressure to. The use of different tools throughout felt well judged and not just an add-on. The content helped me to feel more confident in some of the things I do already, and helped to crystalise how I can improve in smaller and larger ways. I will definitely implement what I've learnt in my own work, and plan to share the information within my team so we can all benefit.

I really enjoyed today's session, and Rachael did a great job facilitating and making sure everyone was able to contribute in a way that felt comfortable. It felt like different learning and communicating styles had been well-considered, and the activities were both useful and engaging and really helped develop my skills.

All in all, it was an excellent session.

Gill was supportive, fun and knowledgable. I really hope to have her for my next session.
