Great training course facilitated by Daphne who was patient and understanding with attendees that were having difficulty navigating the systems
This is the second time I have had Sal for an Excel training session and she was amazing once again! Very engaging, spoke at a good pace, took time to validate everyone's questions and answer them properly. The content itself was helpful, especially having your own workbook to work on during the call.
I really learned so much today. Sal has a manner which is supportive and encouraging. Even with some technical issues, I was able to follow the group and feel much more confident to have a go and practice myself! Thank you :)
The programme was excellent - the structure and pace allowed us to fully engage without ever feeling bored or lacking energy. Paul was an outstanding facilitator, working really hard to engage with all delegates. I have learned so much in one day, thank you.

I didn't have any personal objectives. I didn't know what the course was aiming to achieve. I was invited with no context. Despite that, I am glad I was invited and it has given me some more tools for my toolbox

Really informative, had no idea there were so many options and that different styles/practices had a name, like Troika consult, conversation cafe, I had only really heard of wicked questions.
The facilitator explained complex concepts clearly and encouraged participation. The course provided a clear overview of key project management frameworks and terminology.
