Daphne was brilliant! Very patient with us all and gave simple clear instructions when directing us to different areas.

It was helpful that she got an understanding of what people where looking to gain from the training, she was very helpful in making sure she covered them.

A really good training course, delivered at a pace everyone could keep up with. Daphne was very good and made everyone feel comfortable and able to ask questions. I have encouraged other members of staff in my region to attend.

I've really enjoyed our training days with Sarah, who's always made sure to include everyone in the sessions. Sarah has also been a huge support over the past year as our team has been through a lot of change.
