it was a really enjoyable session, nice mix of theory and practical content. It got me thinking about myself and how i approach tasks, but also how i look after myself at work - which was my goal for the session. I don't know if we needed the zoom breakdown at the start, but i appreciate i have a lot of experience in zoom so it may just be me saying that

Good training, well delivered

A great pace, so I didn't fall behind. Really useful and learnt a few short cuts when using Excel.

The training was great and very useful. Ed is knowledgeable and very pleasant. I enjoyed the course tremendously.

Lovely facilitator, explained everything very clearly and focused on pivot tables, which a few of us expressed an interest in learning at the start of the training.

He is a very good teacher, he ensured everyone understood the course materials, he was very patient. He also went through the pivot table and other Excel features. The Zoom presentation was very good, the screen could be adjusted easily, He also did use circle and pointer on Zoom screens for viewing, rather than constantly sharing screens with learners. The course was designed in a good structure, learners could apply the Excel features at work.

I was sceptical about the training to begin with but it was actually a very welcoming environment where you could be yourself and talk about different points of view and ideas which was well appreciated. Looking forward to the next sessions.

This training was excellent and worked really well online - Sal was very knowledgeable and engaging. She was up front when she didn't immediately know the answer to a question about allowing multiple selections from a list in one cell, that I and one of the other delegates had. She was able to get an answer for us during the lunch break, which I appreciated.

Darren was fantastic! He kept everyone engaged and was so constructive and accommodating to the needs of the group. The training itself went on slightly long, though that could be in part due to in being a bit of a gloomy Monday!
