really well structured, well paced and well explained course. I think the content was pitched at the perfect level for what I needed! Pat was so lovely. He explained everything so clearly and was very patient - a great trainer!

Sal is a very good instructor, very thorough. I enjoyed her pace and the way she explained the tip and tricks and each topic was covered very well.

Really well paced and interactive session

Overall it's been brilliant. The pace is sometimes a bit fast. Going through the different concepts sometimes feels a bit rushed. It would be helpful to spend a little more time on explaining them before we go to small groups to test them out.

Great information today but lots of it so brain now frazzled!

A faster pace this time, with a lot packed in. Good to cover significant ground but, in places, did feel rushed or lacking time to really discuss with group the ideas being developed (would say, if you have a group of 4 or 5 people, more time is needed than was had to make it meaningful. Not much more, but a bit).
