The training course was very detailed, allowed me as a new starter of only 10 days at the business to get a better understanding of the system and how to access all information I would need to know before taking steps to resolve or deal with issue the tenant may be having or questioning

An excel training course has the potential to be dry. Gill made the training interesting and highly personalised. Her delivery style was engaging and the activities throughout meant we applied our learning.

I loved the pace of the day, it was jam packed, engaging and interactive. I was constantly thinking, and seeing direct examples/opportunities that liberating structures can be useful and beneficial in everyday practice. Lyse did an amazing job of facilitating for a very extroverted audience, it was pitched at the right level. Thank you to Sue also.
